Srishti Sinha

Srishti Sinha

Head Fund Fellow

Before Wharton, Srishti was a Senior Associate at WestBridge Capital, an India-focused crossover fund based in San Mateo. At WestBridge, she worked on investments in financial services, fintech and software. She began her career as a Research Associate at Bernstein covering upstream and midstream energy. Srishti graduated from Columbia University with a joint major in Economics-Statistics and a concentration in Computer Science. This summer, Srishti interned at Fidelity International in London covering European Defence.

Sam Yoo

Sam Yoo

Director of Trading & Performance

Before Wharton, Sam worked at General Atlantic, where he served as a Senior Associate. There, Sam worked on de novo builds, minority investments, and buyouts across the healthcare sector. Prior to General Atlantic, Sam worked at Morgan Stanley as a healthcare investment banking analyst and graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration and Computer Science, and a minor in Chemistry. Over the summer, Sam interned at Fuller & Thaler in the Bay Area.

Ben Riedel

Ben Riedel

Director of Research

Before Wharton, Ben worked as an associate at Summit Partners, a growth-focused private equity firm. At Summit, he specialized in technology investing, ranging from software to semiconductors. Beforehand, Ben worked for Credit Suisse as an investment banking analyst in the technology group, where he executed M&A transactions. Ben graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and minors in French, Statistics, and Mathematics.

James Chin

James Chin

Director of Research

Prior to Wharton, James worked as an Investment Analyst at Caravel Asset Management, a family office based in Hong Kong. While at Caravel Asset Management, James primarily worked on corporate high yield and investment grade credit investments. Before Caravel, James worked at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. James graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Engineering, and holds the CFA designation. During summer 2024, James interned at Lazard’s Restructuring and Liability Management Group in Chicago.

Jon Li

Jon Li

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to Wharton, Jon worked for Centurium Capital where he focused on buyout and growth investments in the consumer sector. Prior to Centurium, Jon was with Morgan Stanley in investment banking division. Jon graduated from Dickinson College with a BA. Over the summer, Jon interned as an equity analyst at Fidelity Investments in Boston and Fuller & Thaler in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Rahul Bammi

Rahul Bammi

Prior to Wharton, Rahul worked as an Associate Vice President at Elevation Capital, one of India's leading stage-agnostic investment fund. While at Elevation, Rahul focused on growth-stage deals (Public/Private) in Consumer, TMT, Healthcare and Financial Services. Rahul began his career at KPMG in Deal Advisory Practice, after which he transitioned to Quadria Capital, focusing on healthcare private equity opportunities in South Asia. Rahul graduated with distinction from the University of Delhi, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Financial and Investment Analysis.

Prathamesh Jain

Prathamesh Jain

Prior to Wharton, Prathamesh worked as an analyst at A91 Partners, a growth investment fund based out of India. While at A91 Partners, he mainly worked across consumer and healthcare. Prathamesh worked at BCG as an Associate before joining A91 Partners and graduated from IIT Madras. Over the summer, Prathamesh was at Causeway Capital in Los Angeles.

Mine Loyan

Mine Loyan

Before Wharton, Mine worked for PayPal, a financial technology company, where she served as a capital strategy associate. Mine worked at Citi as a capital markets associate prior to joining PayPal, where she focused on financial institutions and fintechs. Mine graduated from Emory University with a BBA concentrating in finance and a BA in German Studies. This summer, Mine interned at Benefit Street Partners within its Credit Research and Private Credit groups.

Dylan Magee

Dylan Magee

Before Wharton, Dylan worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners (“THL”), a Boston-based private equity fund, where he spent 3 years evaluating investment opportunities within the technology sector and most recently worked as a senior associate. Prior to THL, he spent 2 years in Citigroup’s investment banking division. Dylan graduated from Cornell University’s Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management, where he specialized in Finance. He also served as a member of Cornell’s varsity swimming team. During summer 2024, Dylan interned at Anomaly Capital Management (L/S equity hedge fund) in New York City.

Adam Rosen

Adam Rosen

Prior to Wharton, Adam worked as an Associate at Onex Partners, a private equity firm, in their New York office. While at Onex, Adam focused on investing in businesses across the software and business services verticals. Previously, Adam worked at Goldman Sachs as an investment banking analyst in the Industrials Group. Adam graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Mathematics & Economics. Over the summer, Adam interned at T. Rowe Price in Baltimore.

Aakash Varshney

Aakash Varshney

Before attending Wharton, Aakash worked as an Associate at Advent International, a global private equity fund, in their India office. His tenure at Advent involved working on various sectors including financial services, IT services, and industrials. Prior to joining Advent, he was part of the Boston Consulting Group. Aakash holds a B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Over the summer, Aakash was at Bernstein (Equity Research) in New York.

Josh Zimmer

Josh Zimmer

Prior to Wharton, Josh worked as a Data Scientist at Blackstone, Facebook, and Harvard's Neurobiology Department after beginning his career as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman. He holds an M.S. in Data Science from the University of Michigan and a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering with certificates in Robotics and Computer Science from Princeton University. Over the summer, Josh interned as a Quantitative Researcher in Systematic Investments at BlackRock.
